I’m Gail Dosik, THE Tough Cookie of One Tough Cookie, Inc. and my job is to make people of all ages smile with my creations.

In my old life, I dressed up in beautiful clothes and high heeled shoes every day.  7 years ago, I chucked it all and let my sweet tooth and passion lead me, first, to The French Culinary Institute in New York, NY, where I got my grand diplôme in Pastry Arts.  Then, I apprenticed and worked with cake decorators, cookie mavens and a bakery, readying myself for entrepreneurship.

All of which, brings me right here.
